The Forty2 Project

Switching Earth On

We work together, compute our decisions and share fairly.

TL;DR
We compute our decisions - not bosses decide (so no management)
You work, you get the profit share - not the shareholders (or, ~everyone is a shareholder)
We stop only if everyone is a member and everything is automated; when we Switched Earth On

Combining two main ideas
1.\ Distributed and (gradually) automated decision-making, or, 'computed management' - finally replacing the ancient, hierarchical managements (of large groups, e.g. companies, countries).
2.\ Doing it as an ever-growing collaboration where each contributor gets the fair share of the 'good stuff' we create - enabled by the first point, which gives us the computing-power to outcompUte capitalistic systems.

In a paragraph (we kind of liked at first, but we think the above are better)
We're a community welcoming everyone in the end, aimed to cooperate in the 21st century way: using computers for computing (duhh...) decisions, increasing the decision-making performance (quality and speed) by distributing the decision-computation tasks between members and computers, with the goal of full automation — finally getting away from the (ancient) hierarchical managements where human minds are computing them.
We're starting small, iteratively increasing our cooperation abilities, aiming to Switch Earth On.
